This pure Kanchipuram silk saree pairs a vivid red body with a striking contrast green border edged in gleaming gold zari. The plain silk field is scattered with woven gold zari paisley and mango buttas, while a broad zari border carries traditional peacock and paisley motifs. The pallu opens into an ornate expanse of gold zari brocade layered over a green ground, giving the drape a rich, ceremonial finish. Woven for weddings and grand festive occasions, it comes with a coordinating green blouse fabric shot with fine red striations for a graceful contrast.
